About Us

The name “Javiena” was inspired by our two children, Javier and Siena, reflecting the family values that guide everything we do.
We are a small, family-owned real estate company serving property owners, heirs, attorneys, and title professionals throughout Oregon and Washington.
For the past 13 years, we have specialized in resolving complex real estate situations that often cannot be handled through a traditional sale. Many of the properties we work with involve probate proceedings, title defects, tax foreclosures, heirship issues, ownership disputes, or other challenges that require patience, experience, and creative problem-solving.
Over the years, we have helped save more than 40 properties from foreclosure and assisted countless families in navigating difficult circumstances involving inherited property and title complications.

We work closely with heirs, attorneys, title companies, and property owners to create practical solutions that benefit everyone involved.
